• Labs are now only available to verified accounts

  When an unverified user tries to launch a new lab, they'll receive an error message inviting them to verify their account.

Bugs Fixed

• Cloud IDE - Databases fail to start
• JupyterLite - Pyodide kernel status is stuck in "unknown", preventing you running any code
