Bugs Fixed

• Cloud IDE - Code Engine enters an "Error" state after clicking the "Create Project" button

• JupyterLite - Cells are not running due to unknown kernel status

  Users may have noticed a recent update caused JupyterLite notebooks to no longer run cells. This has now been resolved.

• JupyterLite - Some extensions aren't working

  Some of the extensions we have installed in JupyterLite are out of date. They have now been upgraded and are fully functional.
