Bugs Fixed

• Inaccurate notifications are shown saying "you were blocked from reaching a domain" when you use capital letters in your domain

  For example, you may have received a notification saying "You were blocked from reaching GITHUB.COM". This did not affect your ability to actually connect to github.com.
