New Features

• Cloud IDE - Chrome and Firefox are installed

  Now the latest headless Chrome and Firefox are available to use in Cloud IDE. Moreover, we have installed the ChromeDriver and GeckoDriver for use with Selenium.

Bugs Fixed

• Cloud IDE - Python3.8 is not installed on Cloud IDE 2.0
• JupyterLite - Toolbar dropdown menus are rendered below the end of the JupyterLite interface
• Sometimes Labs never finish loading
