Bugs Fixed

• JupyterLite - A blank screen with a lightbulb in the top left corner is shown instead of the normal JupyterLite interface

• JupyterLite - Kernel is stuck in status: Unknown

• Light/dark mode doesn't work properly

  The light/dark mode for the lab interface can be out of sync between different components (e.g. Cloud IDE can be in light mode while the instructions are in dark mode or vice versa).

• Two error messages when Cloud IDE starts
