Bugs Fixed

• JupyterLite - The %matplotlib command sometimes doesn't work

  The %matplotlib command stopped working after performing a major upgrade to JupyterLite. This was not an issue for new labs (with the new notebook template released on February 23rd), but would cause errors with old notebooks that haven't removed any lines with %matplotlib inline (which are unnecessary at this point). The %matplotlib command is working again though to reduce confusion and ensure backwards compatibility with labs.
